We anticipate another outage of up to 5 minutes at 12:40

That is now complete, the interruption was a little longer than we would have liked.

There will be a hopefully short interruption to service in a moment.

ITS will be carrying out Network maintenance on Sunday 20th July, between 10am and 3pm.

We will be upgrading software on key network components and carrying out testing of our network resilience.

There will be a number of short interruptions to network connectivity throughout the day, typically lasting no more than 30 seconds. However in the event of us encountering any issues there may be longer outages of up to 15 minutes, so the network should be considered “at risk” during the day.

This will affect all network connections, including WiFi, ethernet, VPN and the 8x8 telephony service.
