The annual upgrade of our SITS Live environment is scheduled for Tuesday 10 November. This essential work ensures we remain within the supplier’s supported configuration matrix and will involve a short period of system unavailability.

Our core upgrade activities will take place outside of business hours to minimise disruption. As a result of this annual upgrade, there will be a period of Planned Downtime on the Live environments for the following systems:

• SITS
• e:Vision
• Online Application Form

This Planned Downtime means that these systems will be unavailable from 16:00 on Tuesday 10 November until 16:00 on Wednesday 11 November for all users, including staff, students, and applicants.

Systems integrated with SITS, such as Salesforce and Enroly, will also not receive updates during this period.
