We have successfully identified and resolved the issue affecting our mail servers. All emails that were previously delayed, including those sent to shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and emails from internal systems (e.g., SITS), will now be released for delivery.

We haev identified an issue with our mail servers and are working on a fix. We anticipate all missing emails will be released for delivery when completed.
This is affecting all emails sent to shared mailboxes and distribution lists, along with emails from internal systems such as SITS.
